What is hypnobirthing?
Practical, not airy-fairy
Hypnobirthing sounds new-agey to a lot of people, but it's actually very practical. We work with relaxation and breathing techniques and visualization, based on the idea that fear and tension can slow down and complicate a birth. By learning to relax your body, you give the birth room to unfold as smoothly as possible, no matter what happens.
Course formats
Choose the format that fits you
Group course (4 evenings)
Four evenings spread over a few weeks, in a small group of up to seven couples. Room to practice, ask questions, and learn from each other's experiences.

1-day course
All parts of the course in a single full day, including lunch. A good fit if you have limited evenings free or prefer to take it all in at once.

2-day course (Saturdays)
Spread over two Saturdays, with time in between to let what you've learned settle and to practice on your own.

Private course
Personal guidance, fully adapted to your pace and situation. Also a good fit as a refresher course for a next pregnancy.
